第三屆全球大學青年領袖高峰會活動簡章
2008 Global Youth Leadership Summit
1. 為促進台灣大學生之國際事業，及協助外國大學生融入中文社會，該營隊採國際高峰會形式，探討全球公民意識及研議國際重大議題，並藉此凝聚是藉和平之遠景。 This conference aims to broaden the horizons of college students in international affairs and also to assist foreign students in adapting to Chinese society. The conference takes the for of an international summit in which some significant international issues will be addressed and discussed in order to raised the awareness of global citizenship and formulate a vision of world peace.
2. 有鑑於全球暖化危機問題，嚴重威脅人類生存與地球生態，本次活動將以「第六次滅絕，人類文明的末日?!」為今年研討主題。The existence of human beings and the ecosystem of the earth are seriously damaged by the crisis of global warming. The topic of this year will be “The Sixth Extinction: the End of the Human Civilization?”
3. 活動時間與地點: 2008年8月24日(日)至27日(三)，主會場於清雲科技大學(中壢火車站旁)。
Dates: 24th to 27th August 2008
Location: Ching Yun University (near Jhongli Train Station), Taoyuan

5. 報名訊息 Registration Notes:
(一) 招收對象：本國籍、外國籍20歲到35歲以下青年各60人
Eligibility:120 individuals of Taiwanese and foreign nationalities, 60 each, aged between 20-35.
(二) 報名時間:5/24至7/12止
Deadline: July 12th (Saturday)
