To complete the application, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Read the Instructions
  The Instruction will help you to complete your application successfully. Please read carefully so that you can understand our application requirements and procedures.
Step 2. Complete the application form and requirements
  Please download the application form first and fill in your application form step by step. The following items should be also printed out along with your application form:
1. Checklist
2. Letters of Statement for International Students
Step 3. Collect all the required documents
  The complete application package should include:
a. Check list
b. A copy of the completed application form
c. National certification or a copy of passport
d. A copy of diploma of the highest academic degree
e. A Chinese or English translation of the diploma and the academic transcript authenticated by ROC representative offices abroad.
f. Two letters of recommendation
g. A financial statement authenticated by ROC representative offices abroad.
h. Letter of statement for international students
i. Other documents may also be required by certain departments or graduate schools.
Step 4. Send the application package
